Sandra D’Arsie

Founder and Director of Let’s Dance Ltd., teaching young people to dance for the past 19 years. She has been registered and certified by Dance Masters of America for that time and has owned and operated Let’s Dance Ltd. for the past 13 years. Sandra has judged numerous Rhythm and Dance Masters of America competitions and scholarship auditions. She has also organized numerous Dance Masters Pageants and for two years, was Vice President of Dance Masters of America Chapter 43. Her students have a long list of awards and achievements, a few of these are mentioned in the About Us pages. Sandra teaches jazz, stretch and lyrical.
 
Jennifer Guitard-Linseman

Jen began dancing at the age of 4 and continued training in tap, jazz, ballet and lyrical for 16 years.  Over these years Jen completed her exams with the Canadian Dance Teacher's Association, with top marks, competed successfully in Canada and the United States, winning many awards, and began her teaching career.  This is Jen's 19th year teaching, her 13th year with Let's Dance Ltd. Jen teaches tap and jazz, both recreational and competitive. For Jen, it is such a rewarding experience to teach. To watch young dancers develop their skill, talent and confidence is what it's all about.
 
Lynda Wood

Lynda has been teaching ballet at Let's Dance for fifteen years.   She has successfully entered students in Royal Academy of Dance ballet examinations, and dance competitions in Canada and the U.S. She is a fully registered member of the Royal Academy of Dance , trained in England in all forms of classical dance, she was awarded a Royal Academy of dance scholarship at the age of 11 and has successfully past all her ballet examinations. In 1975 she emigrated to Canada with her family, and continued her dance education at The University of Waterloo. Lynda especially enjoys teaching our young dancers in our Baby Ballet Program and takes great pride in seeing them grow to become confident young men and women.
 
Sharon Laramie L.I.S.T.D. (C.S.B), L.M.C.D.T.A., R.A.D. RTS

Throughout her career, Sharon has taken on the role of performer, choreographer, artistic director, dance teacher, academic educator, studio owner and adjudicator. She has taught a credited dance course at the secondary school level in ballet, tap, jazz and musical theatre for several years. She has adjudicated many regional and international dance competitions across North America. Sharon’s early Ballet training was with Jean Spear, Beverly Feder and the National Ballet School of Canada. She has trained at some of the finest institutions across North America & England. During this time she had the opportunity to dance as a soloist with the Niagara Civic Ballet Company. Some of her former Ballet students have gone on to dance with the National Ballet School, the National Ballet of Canada, Royal Winnipeg Ballet Company, The Alberta Ballet Company, The Swedish Ballet Company, Joffrey Ballet School in Chicago, Les Ballets Jazz in Montreal and Julliard School of the Performing Arts in New York City. Many of her previous students have now become successful teachers, Ballet examiners and studio owners. Sharon holds Licentiate status with the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing, CSB (London England), is a registered member of the Royal Academy of Dance (London England) and is a life member of the Canadian Dance Teacher’s Association. Sharon is also a certified Adjudicator with the International Academy of Dance Adjudicators. With Sharon’s nurturing and coaching skills her students have won many Ballet scholarships and over-all titles both locally and internationally. Her training and competitive experiences have enabled her to become a well rounded professional in the dance field. Sharon looks forward to sharing her vast dance expertise with all the eager young dancers. 
 
Kelly Farwell


Kelly has been dancing since the age of 4 and has 11 years of competitive experience in both Canada and the United States. She is trained in several disciplines of dance and now teaches jazz and tap for Let’s Dance. Kelly participates in workshops each year to continue her learning.  Her choreography has won numerous awards both in Canada and internationally.  Kelly has completed her B.A. in Psychology at the University of Waterloo.  She has been teaching dance for the past 6 years and continues to pass her enthusiasm for dance onto her students.
 
Dawn Milne

Dawn began dancing at the age of six and has received training throughout Canada and the United States. Most notably she had trained at The Royal Winnipeg Ballet and The Kirov Ballet in Washington D.C. Amongst the many prominent trainers that have molded her artist talents are Frank Augustyn, Max Ratevossian , Sergiu Stefanschi, Mary Jago and Alla Sizova. Dawn has studied with such illustrious choreographers as Brian Thomas (choreographer for Michael Jackson’s Tribute) , Mario (choreographer for Shawn Desmond) and Jay Blaze (Blaze Entertainment, Toronto). She is presently using these skills to choreograph as the captain for the University of Waterloo Dance Pak and is recognized for her innovative and original choreography. Performance has always been a passion and throughout her teens Dawn delighted in not only participating in competitions but the opportunity afforded by competition to renew old friendships gained from the experience. She has received many scholarships and awards for her articulate technique and artistic expression. 
 
Cora Kozaris

Stephanie Bayley

Stephanie Bayley began her Let’s Dance career in 1994. She grew up dancing in the competitive program, in all genres of dance, and has seized many opportunities travelling Ontario and the United States performing and competing in a variety of national and international competitions.  Stephanie has received numerous awards and has also successfully passed her R.A.D Intermediate Ballet Examination.  As well she has been involved with community theatre, performing in KW Musical Production’s Peter Pan and Seussical the Musical.  Stephanie has 8 years of experience as an assistant, and as of 2007, has been teaching recreational classes and choreographing routines for competitive students.  She is currently enrolled at the University of Waterloo pursuing her undergraduate degree in Honours Kinesiology. Stephanie continues to take classes and workshops to improve her teaching abilities and to fulfill her passions. She looks forward to another amazing year!

Carrie McCormick

Carrie is fully certified in Level Two Women’s Artistic Gymnastics and Trampoline. She has been coaching for over eight years and has been taking athletes to competitions for three years. She coaches athletes of all ages and levels and is herself a was a former gymnast.
